Mr. William Frederick Parker, Jr.

June 21, 1942 - March 2, 2021

William F. Parker, Jr. born June 21,1942 to his late parents William F. Parker, Sr. and Mildred  C. Jackson went on to be with our Lord on March 2, 2021 after a lengthy illness.  William or Billy as he was affectionately known by most, was educated in the Baltimore City School System. He worked many different jobs in his life from grounds keeping to truck driving. He retired after 31 years of service to the state of Maryland at Spring Grove Hospital as a Pharmacy tech. Billy met and married the love of his life for over 59 years his beloved wife Bertha N. Parker. Together they had three children Charisse Cornelia Parker, Jacqueline Parker (who preceded him in death) and William Arthur Marvin Parker. Billy was the nicest man you could ever meet. Always willing to help a friend. He had a love for motorcycles and trucks. He even owned a few in his life. He was a loving grandfather.  He leaves  to mourn  his beloved wife Bertha Parker; children Charisse C. Parker and William A. M. Parker; a daughter-in-law Nicole Parker; his three brothers Dennis Roe, Carson Parker, and Roger Parker; one aunt Betty Colbert; six grandchildren Katya, Kristen, Damia, William Jr., Kaitlyn, Alex; and three sisters-in-law Barbara McKnight (George), Shirley Jackson, Joan Brown (Michael) and a host of other family and friends.
