Mr. Troy Dewitt Neal, Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Psalm 34: I will bless the lord at all times, his praise shall continually be in my mouth. I sought the Lord and he heard me and delivered me from all my fears. This poor man cried and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles.Troy Dewitt Neal, son of Samuel Neal and Sandra- Neal Smith,was born on August 4, 1971 in Baltimore City. He passed on August 12, 2020. Troy attended the public schools of Baltimore City and earned his GED after he left Mergenthaler High School. He was married to Patrice Brown at a young age. From this union Troy Jr. and Joy D. were born. Troy was a member of Bethel Holy Tabernacle as a child and later became a member of Kingdom Worship Learning Center; where he served until his death. Troy often said " A man cant eat if he doesn't work" He demonstrated true grit and hard work as an employee of the following; Riggs Distler, Tri State Furniture, Upholstery, Snowden Property Management, and Peer Recovery. He loved and admired his late grandpa and uncle John's work ethics and entrepreneurship. Troy had that same spirit. He started A.Y.R Transportation of Car. Troy is survived by James Smith stepfather who he called " pops" mother; Sandra Neal-Smith, father; Samuel Neal, children; Troy Jr, and Joy D, their mother; Patrice Brown- Neal,Grandchildren; Latroya, Jamilla, Amirah, Kingsley, and Zen, uncles; Kenneth (Marian),Charles, aunts; Doris, Joan(Nelman), Faye, stepbrothers; Brian, Everett, Gary, Ryan, Devoted friend, Daunetta Hagens, Godparents; Veda, Sandra, Betty, many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; especially Bishop Ralph and Bishop Gregg Dennis and family.
