Leroy Carter born to Nathaniel Carter and Daisy Goodman was born on July 9, 1946 in Baltimore Maryland. Leroy attended Booker T. Washington High school and worked at General Motors as a highly qualified and skilled assembly line auto repairman until his retirement after 40 years of dedication. Leroy was a caring loving man who loved his family and sports. Especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and bowling, where bowling a 300 was like swimming in water to fish. He won an accomplishment of 300 bowling ring. Dedicating his time with his family or playing sports was always done with passion and laughter. Leroy was a joy to be with, especially hearing his serious jokes. Leroy was loved by many. He leaves to mourn his lovely wife of 33 years; Ruthie Carter, his beautiful baby girl Tiffany D. Carter, two step daughters; Delphine Thompson and Teresa Matthews (Bryan), a stepson Richard Logan Jr, four granddaughters Stephanie Graham, Ceressa and Mychell Batty, Angela Laird, four grandsons Cedric Harman, Tyrell Graves, Darius Gilliam, Richard Logan 3rd, 14 great grandchildren, 5 in-law grandchildren, his two sisters Betty and Monistene Carter and an abundance of other family members and friends. Leroy reunites with his parents and other siblings Roosevelt, Robert, Mary and Patricia Carter.
