Mrs. Christina Lynn Pulliam,

August 22, 1975 - November 17, 2020

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8 KJV CHRISTINA LYNN SMITH-PULLIAM, affectionately dubbed “Bunny” was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on August 22, 1975, to the late Harrietta Johnson and the late Wayne Smith. On November 17, 2020, God in His infinite wisdom saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb; called Christina to eternal rest after a brief illness. Christina was raised in Baltimore, with her brother and sister: Bradley and Samantha. She was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System and graduated from Patterson High School. Christina enjoyed office work and served as a (CSR) Customer Service Representative. Years later, she became an entrepreneur and owner of her own cleaning service. Christina had several hobbies: drawing and crossword puzzles, but, she treasured spending time with her family. December 15, 1999, Christina met her best friend and soul mate, Bernard Pulliam Jr. They were joined in holy matrimony on February 25, 2017. Christina joined the Ray of Hope Baptist Church in 2014. She was an active member until her illness. She participated in many gatherings and encouraged those around her to seek refuge in the arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Christina was a joy to all who had the privilege to know her, in any capacity, and was a pillar of strength and love to both friends and family. Christina leaves to cherish her memory: her devoted husband, Bernard Pulliam, Jr.; 7 stepchildren (Shayla Pulliam, Shaleah Pulliam, Shakaylah Pulliam, Shamar Pulliam, Shamya Powers, Jamal Pulliam and Rodney Owens); granddaughter (Maliah Sox); two siblings (Samantha and Bradley Samuels); parents-in-law (Bernard and Carolyn Pulliam); sister-in-law (Keisha Pulliam); grandmother-in-law (Ola Bagley); two uncles (Roger and Jackey Bagley); son-in-law (Adrian Sox); and a host of family and friends. She will be loved and missed, but never forgotten and as we continue to thrive in her name and keep her legacy alive for an eternity and beyond.
