Charissa Jocelyn Hill affectionately known as "Tweety" was born on April 27, 1959 to the late Jozel Short and Thelma Hall. Tweety was called home December 9 2020 after a brief illness. Tweety was educated in the Baltimore City Public Schools where she graduated early from Southern High School. She was a dedicated employee of Ikon for 10 years. She grew up in South Baltimore where she became well known and loved by many. Tweety was a devoted mother, wife, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend to many. She loved spending time with family and friends, playing cards and watching her favorite shows on tv. Tweety was proceeded in death by her son Antonio Allen, her husband Ronald Hill Sr., and two brothers Scott Short and Gregory Hall. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, one son; Michael Johnson Jr., one stepson; Ronald Hill Jr., three stepdaughters; India Bell, Ariel Lawrence and Brandy Spellman, three Brothers; Barry Short, Stephen Short and Jeffrey Hall, one sister; Mabel Short, four sister in laws; Victoria, Linda, Celeste, Denise (Walter Brown proceeded in death), six brother in law's; Mike, Milton (Dorea), Darren, Darrell (Shelia), Ahmad (Catherine), Reginald (proceeded in death) (Angelina), six grandchildren; Destiny, Hailey, Jasmine, Lakyra, Corey, Ronald III, one great granddaughter; Tyler, two God sons; Za'maurie and Maurice Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
