Mr. Andre Jermaine Belcher,

December 6, 1982 - December 11, 2021

On December 12, 2021, Andre “Booda” Jermaine Belcher transitions from earth to Heaven. Andre was affectionately known as Booda the name given to him by his aunt Angela, to his family and friends was born on December 6, 1982, to the late Alfred Lee Johnson Sr. and Ellestine Beatrice Williams. Andre went to Baltimore City Public Schools where he graduated from Lake Clifton Schools Business Academy of Finance School. Andre also went to Coppin State College where he majored in Business. While attending school Andre met Felicia Fairley and out of that union Ashyah Lenaye Belcher was born. Andre was a loving father, and his daughter was his world. Andre was employed at Dupont Paint Factory where he was a supervisor. He also did an internship at Citi Financial. In his earlier years Andre played football at Mt. Royal Recreation and Parks Center. Andre loved certain foods especially seafood. He was an exclusive member of the sweet potato juice crew that consisted of him, Tavon and Shanice. Andre had a smile that would light up a room. He will truly be missed and loved by his family and friends. Andre is survived by his beloved mother Ellestine Williams, daughter; Ashyah, brothers; Theodore Larry Donnell Jr., Alfred Lee Johnson Jr. and Lamont Johnson, sister; Rosalind Montague, nephew; Khalil White, uncles; Douglass Montague Jr. and Darl Montague (Joyce), aunts; Maureen Diggs (Larry) and Angela Williams (Lou), cousins; Douglass Montague III, Tavon Montague, Shanice Robinson, Tysma Montague, Tarnisha Eaton and Kayla Boulware.
